Reliability Promise

Delivering a reliable service has always been our priority and our aim now is to take this to the next level to ensure that we are the most reliable compressed air company in the UK. In order to achieve this we have developed our Reliability Promise (see below).
In September I visited all our branches to launch this myself, it was met with enthusiasm throughout the country and we are now in the process of sharing some of our best practice around the branches.
It is now a few months since the internal launch so I am keen to ensure that we are receiving enough feedback from you, our customers to know if we are meeting our own standards. We are taking part in a Customer Satisfaction Survey run independently by the British Compressed Air Society (see the results at www.referenceline.com/bcas/airchannel) and so far have had a positive response.
- Take responsibility for solving the customer's problems
- Put the customer first - give the best answer for them
- See it through - do what you say you are going to do
- Make it a pleasure to deal with you
- Present written communication in a professional but easy to understand manner
- Establish clear lines of communication - in both directions
- Whether the challenge is big or small, stop at nothing to help the customer
- Communicate - keep the customer up to date on the progress of the job
